PLEX Subsurface. As you may guess from the name, this is a subsurface-specialized model. Its effect on picky eaters may go beyond imagination.
This subsurface-specialized model is specially designed to aim predators on ragworms breeding season. (We are not sure if the same phenomenon is seen overseas, but the fishing during this season is called “Bachi-Nuke” in Japanese, when thousands of ragworms gather at the surface of the water to breed so that many predators also come, but at the same time it’s difficult to get their attention on a lure.) We’ve tested different weights and found out that 7.5 g is the best to have two features: slow sinking and quick respond in coming back to the surface. In a current, all you need to do is reel up the unnecessary line and wait. Just wait and trust the lure because this one can attract sea basses with complicated movement by itself. In an area where no water flow exists, by reeling deadly slowly and sometimes up and down the fishing rod-tip, you can control from subsurface to about 30cm deep range freely.

In a highly pressured fishing spot, where sea basses are indifferent to the lures, and also to picky predators (the youngs of mullet, ragworms, krills, young sardine, etc.) this one will work brilliantly. The jointed body creates tricky movements; up and down, right to left, and wavy in a response to the water flow.
